Welcome to the One Queensridge Place HOA Web Site (“Site”). The Purpose of this Site is to provide you with some brief information on One Queensridge Place (“OQP”) However, as stated in the Disclaimer located on the Site under the Disclaimer link, this is not an offer to sell, or solicitation of offer to buy the condominium units in states where such offer of solicitation cannot be made. OQP has developed this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain its practices regarding personal information it collects when you visit this Site. Please read this Policy carefully before submitting personal information about you to OQP. INFORMATION COLLECTED OQP and its service providers collects personal information (such as your name, email address and telephone number) that you provide when you contact it to request additional information. OQP also automatically tracks and collects your IP address, referring source (for example search on Google and what you searched for), browser used, date and time and country of origin. Please refer to the NON – PERSONAL INFORMATION section below for further information on “cookies”. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OQP uses the personal information you provide to OQP to contact you to provide you with the additional information you request on the units at OQP. Your personal information is shared with OQP’s affiliated real estate broker, Queensridge Properties LLC, whose real estate team members are responsible for responding to your email requests and sending you additional information. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES We do not authorize any third party to make use of any of your information. We share your personal information for the purpose described above with OQP affiliated companies. OQP is the party responsible for the management of the jointly used personal information. Additionally, OQP may disclose personal information, with or without prior notice to you, in order to: (i) comply with applicable laws; (ii) respond to governmental inquiries or requests from public authorities; (iii) comply with valid legal process; (iv) protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of OQP, site visitors, homeowners, employees or the public; (v) permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain; and (vi) respond to an emergency. PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN OQP does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow you children to submit personal information without your permission. PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION OQP will take appropriate steps to: (i) protect personal information collected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and (ii) keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, consistent with applicable law and the extent it is provided to OQP. OQP will also seek to require our affiliates and any service providers to exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information about you. For your own privacy protection, OQP encourages you not to include sensitive personal information in any emails you may send to OQP. NON – PERSONAL INFORMATION When you visit and interact with this Site, OQP and third parties with whom OQP has contracted to provide services to OQP, may collect non-personal information (for example, a list of the Site pages you visit). As with many other sites, the OQP Site may use “cookies” or other technologies to help us deliver content specific to your interests, to process your request for additional information and/or to analyze your visiting patterns. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to disclose you individual identity. This information identifies your browser, but not you to our servers when you visit our Site. If you want to remove cookies at any time from your computer, you can delete them using your browser (please consult your browser’s “help” menu to learn how to delete cookies). We also may collect data by using “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs” or similar means (collectively, “pixel tags”) that allow us to know when you visit our Site. Through pixel tags, we obtain non-personal information (for example, the domain name, the areas of the site you visit, your operating system, your browser version and the URL you came from) which can be used to enhance your online experience and understand traffic patterns. LINKS TO WEBSITES The OQP Site may contain links to third parties’ websites, including affiliated parties’ websites. Please note that OQP is not responsible for the collection, use, maintenance, sharing, or disclosure of data and information by such third parties. If you provide information on third party sites, the privacy policy on those sites are applicable. OQP encourages you to read the privacy policies of websites that you visit before submitting personal information. CHANGING PERSONAL INFORMATION To the extent required by applicable law, you may be able to request that we inform you about the personal information we maintain about you and, where appropriate, request that we update, correct, and/or suppress personal information about you that we maintain in our active database. We will make all required updates and changes within the time specified by the applicable law. To protect your confidentiality, we can only respond to such requests to the email address that you provided to us. Additionally, in some circumstances based upon applicable law, you may request that OQP cease the use of personal information about you on the grounds that such personal information was acquired by unjust means or used in violation of law by sending your written request to OQP Privacy – Legal Department, 1215 South Fort Apache Road, Suite 240, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117. OQP will seek to honor those request consistently with applicable law. RETAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION OQP will retain personal information about you for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. CHOICES – MARKETING LISTS If you have given us your contact information (mail address, fax number, email address or telephone number), OQP may want to inform you about OQP or invite you to events by email, telephone or post. If you prefer not to receive marketing materials from OQP, you may change your preferences at any time by: (i) sending OQP an email to sales@oneqrp.com; (ii) writing to OQP (and including your email address) at OQP Privacy – Legal Department, 1215 South Fort Apache Road, Suite 240, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117; or (iii) using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from OQP. We will update your preferences as soon as reasonably practical. Please note, however, that if you “opt out” as described above, OQP will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of affiliates or business partners with which we have already shared your personal information (for example, to which we have already provided your personal information as of the date of your opt out request). POLICY MODIFICATIONS OQP may modify this Policy from time to time. When OQP makes material changes to this policy, OQP will post the revised policy on the homepage of its Site. You can tell when this Policy was last updated by looking at the date at the top of the Policy. Any changes to our Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
